If you ever need a lawyer I totally recommend Kelly George. He also has the best legal assistant Tracey Chavez. Everyone in that office that I came in contact with made sure I was comfortable. No matter how many times I called they assured me it was ok. I was more than satisfied with the ending results.

I attempted to handle my own car accident after being involved in a hit and run, but after many obstacles I ultimately contacted Kelly George following a recommendation from a family friend. I had consultations with several attorneys, but after meeting with Kelly and his assistant, I was confident that Burch, George & Germany was the firm I wanted in my corner. Kelly's assistant, Tracey, stayed in contact with me throughout the case and kept me promptly informed of every update. I had never been involved in a car accident before, but Tracey made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire ordeal. This company is extremely dedicated to their clients, and went above and beyond with my case to ensure the appropriate party was held responsible. Fast forward to a year later and the outcome of my hit and run has been extremely favorable. I was involved in a motorcycle accident in 2006, no fault of my own. I was referred to Burch and George by a friend. Kelly George, Deann Germany and Kelly's assistant, Tracey handled my case. They were very professional, compassionate and prompt in guiding me through the legal maze. I was very satisfied with the settlement they obtained for me. Fast forward to 2015. My wife was involved in and auto accident, again no fault of hers. As soon as medical arrangements were settled our first call was to Kelly. Kelly and Tracey have again been fantastic in working on our family's behalf to hold the responsible party accountable.
